Every month, Seafire’s magnificent mixologists shake, stir and pour their way through a liquid list of classic and contemporary cocktail creations. This month we’re raising our glasses to Havana Club, the delicate spirit distilled since the 1800’s in Cuba. From the Mojito to the Daiquiri, Havana has always been at the heart of an inventive cocktail culture, and mojitos were Ernest Hemingway’s favourite drink so we expect a few late night stories will be swapped after a couple of glasses.
