JW’s has enjoyed a long and venerated history in Dubai, picking up a gaggle of awards over the years (not to mention a handful of Time Out accolades). The decor, reminiscent of the drawing room in a country manor, is incredibly homely and welcoming, with leather wing-backed chairs, rich carpets and plenty of dark wood. Food-wise, it’s hard to go wrong with any of the options from the huge wooden menu: steaks are bursting with flavour and cooked to a T, sides are generous, and a selection of sauces is provided as standard.
